Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are powerful systems that enable users to make sense of large volumes of data and to make informed decisions in guiding organizations.  Leaders of any complex organization need to understand the implications of and use of both internal “Small Data” and internal and external “Big Data.”   Fort Hays State University has embarked on a Red Balloon initiative to prepare knowledge leaders across several majors who know what questions to ask, queries to make, and how data empowers decision making using ERP software.
